The Real Property Division of the General Services Department provides professional real property services to other County Departments, governmental agencies, and other outside entities.
The Vehicle Operations Division meets the transportation needs of County departments by providing vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair services, administering fuel operations, acquiring and preparing new vehicles and equipment, and operating a County motor pool.
The Energy Division is responsible for the management of utility accounts for over 400 buildings where the County of Santa Barbara has operational control.
