Client and Family Problem Solving Tools
Clients have a number of options to use to resolve grievances. Discuss your concerns with your case manager and try to resolve it without initiating a formal grievance process.
We have maintained a solid reputation for complying with high standards for claiming, information-sharing, and ethical conduct.
MHSA Issue Resolution
If any community member or stakeholder (including consumers/family members, providers, or members of the general public) is dissatisfied with any MHSA activity or process, the individual may file a grievance at any point with the Quality Care Management (QCM) Beneficiary Concerns Coordinator or the MHSA Division Chief.
