Introduction to the Remote Accessible Vote By Mail
The Remote Accessible Vote-by-Mail System will offers military and overseas voters and voters with disabilities a secure method to receive their ballot electronically.
Santa Barbara County also offers voting materials in Spanish (all precincts) and Chinese (limited specific precincts)
Military & Overseas Voting
A military or overseas voter may return their ballot by mail or if the military or overseas voter resides outside the territorial limits of the United States, the voter may fax the ballot.

Voting at the Polls
Most voters have the option to vote at a polling place or by mail. There are certain areas throughout the county that do not have a polling place location. Voters who live in these areas are required to vote by mail.
